The Tallwillow estates are an abandoned residential area that was never completed. Workers left their tools, loose-ends and all number of dangerous equipment laying around. Racoons have found this place to be good for hunting and have nests scattered throughout the houses. Consists of four blocks of varying sized houses, including basements.
